Tennessee RiverTown

Tennessee RiverLine Paddling Event

The RiverTowns: Calloway County program is hosting a FREE paddling event on Kentucky Lake.

Saturday, September 27, 2025

This sunset kayak adventure will take off from Wildcat Boat Ramp paddling to Kentucky Lake Glamping concluding with a ice cream social.  Shuttle vans will return participants to Wildcat Boat Ramp.  Participants can register for a tandem or single kayak by registering below.

Click HERE for more information and then GET TICKETS to register for the September 27th paddle!

Registration will close on Wednesday, September 24th.

There is a limited supply of kayaks, so early registration is encouraged.  Also, those with their own kayaks are invited to participate (limit of 20), but registration is also required so we can plan accordingly.

NO WALK UP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Note:  All participants must be able to swim.  PFD’s (provided if using a Tennessee RiverLine Kayak) are required to be worn at all times while on the water.  All participants must complete a “Participant Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk” form at check in the morning of the event.

All participants…utilizing provided kayaks or bringing their own…will need to check in between 4:00pm – 4:30pm at the table / tent at Wildcat Boat Ramp.

There will be a brief welcome and safety review at 4:40pm followed by the kayak launch.  The paddle will last about two hours with the event wrapped up about 7:00pm.  (NOTE:  This does not include the travel time back to Wildcat Boat Ramp after the event.)

Questions can be directed to Jeremy Whitmore at 270-713-0110.
